clicks graph - keywords vs. campaigns
When looking at the graph for clicks, I would expect the line/numbers to be the same when comparing the campaigns tab graph to the keywords tab graph to be the same since campaigns consist of groups and ultimately keywords. They aren't. What gives? For example, the campaigns tab says we received 1,053 clicks for March 30-31. If I click the keywords tab and hover over the same date of March 30-31, it says we only receive 849 clicks. What does this mean?

That usually means you are running a campaign on both search and display. Clicks from display network do not get added in with the search keywords.
Running a combined search and display campaign is generally not recommended.
