Why would a keyword have 0 impressions but more than 0 clicks?

Sometimes we see keywords that have 0 impressions but 1 or more clicks.  How could that be possible?

You're probably looking at reports using the date range "Today." Because impression and click data update at different rates throughout the day, the number of clicks and impressions might not make sense if you compare them against each other. The data is delayed a little, so wait and see tomorrow.
