What is the difference between clicks and conversions with site extension links?[ Edited ]

For a sitelink, reportgarden shows have 775 clicks and 38 conversions. What are the difference between these two? Or is reportgarden wrong?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know anything about reportgarden, but there is a significant difference between clicks and conversions in AdWords.
A click is when someone sees your ad and clicks on it, going to your website for more information.
A conversion happens when whatever action you have defined as a converting action takes place. When you set up your conversion tracking, you chose which action (submitting an online form, downloading a document, making a phone call, etc.) was a conversion for your website. Conversion numbers show how many times paid search visitors completed that action.
