Tracking template Adwords - Missing CPC data in Analytics
We used a tracking template in Adwords to track the conversions in our own system. Now I think Analytics doesn't get that the clicks we receive from Adwords are from Adwords. Auto tagging is on and the Adwords and Analytics accounts are linked. Should we add other parameters?

I would take a look here and make sure you're set up properly for both manual and auto-tagging. This can get tricky to set up accurately and properly.
Are you duplicating the base UTM parameters in your tracking templates? What are you seeing in your reports? What's leading you to believe that the tracking is not accurate? Can you give us examples? I think anyone would need more info before they could offer any real assistance here.
