Tracking conversions to correct source with third party shopping cart

I have google adwords running and need to measure conversions which happen on a third party site.

They have loaded the script on all my final pages on their site but I am not seeing any conversions (I do see an increase in sales so adwords are def effective but I cant see any conversions in my adwords account)

Is there some setup I am missing?

Hi @Zulumoon G,

Is this an Adwords Conversion code or an Analytics goal?

Step 1: Download Google Tag Assistant and navigate to the /thank-you page on the 3rd party site (or whatever page has the conversion tracking implemented) and confirm if you see your conversion code firing correctly. Google Tag Assistant will display a "green tag icon" if the code was implemented correctly.

Step 2: Confirm, using Google Tag Assistant or through the 3rd party webmaster, that the code that is injected on the site is the unique conversion code that was generated in your adwords account (var google_conversion_id = XXXXXXXX).

Troubleshoot these two first and then update this forum with your findings!

Thanks

Thanks so much it is an Adwords Conversion code - I have done this and think it is because I did not have the cross domain tracking portion added to the code.

could I check with you if I had configured the cross domain code correctly? Not sure if ok to post it here.

OK I have tried to configure the cross domain snippet but think I have made a mistake - please can you assist.

Please see original Google Snippet and my attempt at adding the cross domain snippet to it.

Here is my Original Snippet without the insert for Cross Domain Tracking
