Tracking Unswered Telephone Calls
I'm running an Adwords campaign for a client that is more interested in phone calls than web conversions for leads. We're using a Google phone number in the campaign so are tracking all calls.
However, my issue with this client is I know for a fact they are not always picking up calls. They claim only good quality leads come via the phone but if they're not picking up every time it rings during opening hours, this is something I need to push home to them.
Does anyone know if Adwords can report on unanswered calls if the Google provided phone number is used?
