Target and Bid Vs. Bid Only Error

Hi all,

There's an error while adding audience lists in Google Adwords Editor.

When I made the Multiple changes to upload my audience list inin all campaigns in the account, there are some of them will be "Target and Bid", others are just "Bid Only".

This bug makes me lost more than $5,000 in just 5 hours. Does anyone have this some problem? Any chance we can claim Google for this amount?

Thanks for your help

Target and Bid vs Bid Only is a property of an ad group, not of each individual audience. The value shown on Audiences tab actually comes from a parent ad group. See

https://support.google.com/adwords/editor/answer/48539

Thus you cannot modify this setting one way or another via Add Multiple Audiences, but you can via Add Multiple Ad Groups. See

https://support.google.com/adwords/editor/answer/57747

(look for Flexible Reach). Or you can just change it manually on Ad Groups tab: select Flexible Reach section in the editing pane at the bottom.
