Spreadsheet: Showing Keyword instead of formula

I was trying to download my keyword metrics into a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet shows some of the keyword data as "#NAME?" . I guess this is because some of the keywords look like a formula as they are broadsearch modifiiers, "=+md +estate" .

How to change this?

Hi Carl K,

I see this problem when I download xlsx file. It won't be their (for me) if download csv format.

Otherwise What I do is Select all keywords cells with "#Name"
Use Cntrl+F (Find & Replace)
Replace = with nothing
Select all cells having bmm keywords
Right click > Select "Format Cells"
In the Number Option > Click Text.

This should solve issue. May be someone else can tell you simpler way then this.

Hi Carl,

You just need to put a single or double quote at the very beginning of the contents of those cells. That's what Neha's solution will do, and a very creative way of doing that, I might add.

Best of Luck!
