Hi All,

How can i generate a report with all the search terms which trigger ads in a particular campaign since, Google AdWords and Analytics doesn't provide the complete list of all the search terms.

Thanks.

You can generate search term report that will includes all keywords triggered ads in a particular campaign by following below steps:

1) Select particular campaign
2) Click on Keyword Tag
3) You will find 3 options (Keywords, Negative Keywords, Search Terms), click on search terms and you will see all those keywords.

Hope it will help

Unfortunately this report doesn't show all search terms.

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2472708?hl=en
"Keep in mind that you’ll only see search terms that were used by people at least 24 hours ago and have either received clicks in the past 30 days or were searched for by a significant number of people. Any search terms that did not meet this criteria will be summed up in the 'Other search terms' row."

So, Vinod D - you can't do this.

If you have many keywords without click or with small CTR you can try to change match type to more restrictive.

@MosheTLV not all search terms triggering the Ad are shown in the search term report..I want to get a complete list of all those search terms. Maybe through a trick or a tool.

Thanks for your inputs @Jignesh G @Tomasz_C

@Vinod D:

Correct; This has been a long standing Policy by Google that:

".... you’ll only see search terms that were used by people at least 24 hours ago and have either received clicks in the past 30 days or were searched for by a significant number of people. Any search terms that did not meet this criteria will be summed up in the 'Other search terms' row."
