Search Term Report shows CTR as 200%
When I pulled a search term report, I could see some search terms having Clicks - 2, Impressions - 1 and CTR - 200%. Why do I get less impressions but more clicks for a search term? Is it because the user had clicked on the Ad copy twice? If so, will this be considered as Invalid Clicks?

AdWords has the right to charge us two times for an impression.
"AdWords charges no more than two clicks (per impression) on each ad and its extensions."
