Question regarding call only campaign

Hi,

 

My ' call only' campaign shows that i have got x number of clicks. But when i verify at my end, i realise that i have got a very small percentage of X calls. Can someone pls tell me :

(a) Why is this so?

(b) Can i track in analytics as to ow many calls got through?

Hi Rakhee,

Click is when someone clicked on your call only ad while call is when some dialled the loaded number on device after that click using call button.
So, a call through ad-extension or call only ad is completed in 2 steps:
1st the click
2nd is dialling number using call button

The reason for this difference must be user has clicked on the ad but did not dialled the number.

To get the call details, go to the dimensions tab of your adwords dashboard >> click View sub-tab >> scroll down to bottom and select call details.(detailed data will be available if you have used Google forwarding number)
