If your campaign is opted into show ads on the Google Display Network, and your Display Network ads have a lower CTR than your existing search ads - Will this impact the quality score of your search campaign or not?

Hi Netexperts,
The short answer is no. Thankfully.

Quality Score is evaluated depending on where your ad appears, meaning that you have a different Quality Score on Search and Display Network sites, as well as a slightly different formula for mobile devices.

Hello;

This is common that the CTR on the display network is lower than on the search.  I would  focus on each separately. Rememeber: CTR is the major component of QS, or in other words: "QS is first and foremost CTR"
