Hi Kostas,

There are certain scripts available online on Google that can track Quality Score of the keywords on a daily basis. You can utilize them with minor changes.

This site has a number of good scripts that'll give you all you need to write your own for Quality Score recording:

Bear in mind that Quality Score is an immediate attribute, that is, it's something that's calculated for each and every auction and is already merely an indicator of performance, not an absolute, so you should use the figures you collect as a guide to ongoing performance rather than something more directly measured such as CTR.
