Phone through rate stats question
Probably missing something obvious, but I only see the PTR (Phone through rate) numbers at the campaign level. How can I see these stats down to a adgroup, or even keyword level?

You can add the column from columns>customize columns to see PTR at the ad group level. You can also view PTR under dimensions. However, this metric isn't available at the keyword level. As a workaround, you can set up call conversions (if Google Forwarding number is available in your country) to view conversion rates at the keyword level. More about measuring calls here.
