Person has left - I can't access account
Hi there, I am trying to access an old colleagues account to Google Analytics. I have her gmail account, account no. yet no password. Unfortunately whilst I can see previous reports she was getting regularly via email, her email is no longer working so I can't get her password re-sent. How can I prove I work for the same company and gain access? My company has just been bought out by another who is wanting analytics from the last year showing activity on the website so creating new accounts won't help. Thanks Tracy

You need to have the password otherwise you wont be able to access the interface. What you can do is create a new gmail id and tell your client (as they would have the GA administrator access) to give access to this new email in the GA interface. This way you will be able to log into GA.
