My conversions and assisted conversions come to more than total site revenue how come?
Where is the value data coming from?
AdWords assigns conversion data to the date of the click, which is not necessarily the date of the sale. That could explain small discrepancies.
For large discrepancies, I would suggest that the tracking is faulty. Break down the data to a small time-frame and/or product and compare it with actual sales. Look for double-counting, or including postage, or counting add-to-cart instead of a finalised sale.
