Hello,

Having an odd reporting issue today. All keywords performing fine but across the entire account the status is showing as ads not displaying and low ad rank even for qs 10 keywords.

I assume this is a known reporting issue but wanted to check.

Here is a screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/yItnNhN4KOra

Hi Imre78,

Typically AdRank is determined by max CPC bid and the Quality Score of your keyword as well.

Ad Rank = Bid X Quality Score.

Try first to increase your CPC bids for the keywords with a high quality score and see if your ads display more often. Remember these changes can take a while to take effect. Then start taking on the low QS keywords and improve those and your bids to get the account up and running better.

Hello, thank you for your replay..

As it turned out something else is causing this.. here is an update from Google:

Issue is engineers are making changes to track mobile platform status, since we don't have mobile on it is showing as 'ads not showing'.
