Keyword filter for Status , has useless, redundant sub-menus ?

Hello,
See in the screenshot below how the status filter in the keywords tab shows only one sub-menu for the following menus :
Eligible >> has the only sub-menu Eligible
Not Triggering ads ..... >> has the only sub menu "Keyword Disapproved"
Just out of curiosity, and no practical issue, I am wondering what is the logic of this redundant menu. Maybe some other accounts have more options under "Eligible" or "Not triggering ads... " ?

Hello Adrian,
Even I see same option as you. I don't see any other options. Looks like the sub menu are redundant. My guess here is that since the other menus have sub menus, they have added sub menu in "eligible"and "not triggering" for system understanding to make the coding less complex.
