Incorrect figures for Offline Conversion Tracking Upload

I have successfully uploaded offline conversions using the Adwords Conversions upload tool. Everything uploaded correctly, all conversions were marked with status as 'Successful', all information pulled in correctly and all amounts and values were correct.

I have waited a few hours and now conversions are appearing in my adwords reports under 'Conversions'. Hoorah! However, the numbers don't add up, sigh.

I uploaded a total of 466 conversions with a total value of £6415.77. All of these were marked as successful. For the date period 1st Jan to 22nd Jan there were 254 conversions with a value of £3,732.16. When looking at my 'All Campaigns' Dashboard for the same period I see only 205 conversions (less than the 254 there should be) with a value of £8,311.03 (way more than the value expected). For the entire period I uploaded for (466 conversions with a total value of £6415.77) the numbers show 553 conversions with a value of £17,535.52 (again wayy off).

What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Well... A programmer who followed the steps in this link, told me once, that unless you carefully followed the steps there would be no match.....

Double checked those documents and that explains the incorrect values (waheey!). But does not account for the difference in number of conversions.

This shows my conversions for the 2nd Jan for example: http://prntscr.com/dzsfz0

10 Conversions it reports

However the download from my Offline conversion upload shows just 3: http://prntscr.com/dzsgxd
