My site has received visits but Google Analytics shows O site visitors. I know I've had visitors because someone just the other day told me she went to my site. I myself have also visited my site. But all the data in Google Analytics shows 0. Can somebody help?

Your Google analytics is probably not installed properly. You can check the source code to check that it's installed on all pages properly.
If you are technical, I use some tools like: www.webanalyticssolutionsprofiler.com to audit.
If you want, I can check it if you post your website URL up.

You don't have Google analytics code installed on the site.
I would recommend getting a Google analytics wordpress plugin. One would be here:

That should solve your problems...

well, that would explain it, wouldn't it? Just goes to show -- just because you're focused on content (like I am) doesn't mean you can be trusted with the back-end data....
Thank you David for checking this.

you know, I'd like to actually re-state my thanks: THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THIS WAS ENORMOUSLY HELPFUL!!!
When you go on these forums, you don't know if or when you'll get an answer and if that answer will be helpful. So David, you are an angel -- for responding, for responding so quickly, and for being so friendly about it.
I truly appreciate it. Have a wonderful weekend.
