Importing Smart Goal into Google Adwords

I am Give a Try to new features of smart Goal.

I imported the smart goal from Google Analytics into Google adwords.

After importing in my adwords, it showing as conversion in conversion window.

How to exclude this in conversion window.

I tried here in GAdwords it showing as not editable.

Tools-->conversion-->list of goal showing

when i tried to click the smartgoal in edit settings can't able to edit.

Any solutions

Hi Raj,

Do you want to remove the smart goals to be tracked as conversion in the adwords account?

Go the Google analytics account >> admin >> Goals >> simply turn the recording OFF for the smart Goal.

Else, if both the accounts are linked and your are importing site metrics to adwords from GA along with smart goal recording ON, then your can not hide it from adwords conversion tab until it is deleted.

Hi Raj,

Edit conversion settings for imported goals
Once you've imported your Analytics goals, you can edit them the same way you edit conversion actions created in AdWords.

Sign in to your AdWords account.
Click the Tools tab, then select Conversions.
Click the name of the imported goal you want to edit.
Click Edit Settings.
Make any changes and click the Save button.

Yes still finding solution but right now i deleted this.
Because it is imported from Google analytics, so i can't editable.

Hi anand kumar,

I tried that when i click edit settings.
Under include in conversion, i tried to untick but it is not editable. That is my big issue.
P.S When i check the source goal is from "analytics" not in "website"

The goals imported from Google analytics can only be edited form GA account.

As I already suggested that you can stop them showing in adwords either by turning OFF the recording or another alternative is go to the awords setting tab >> account settings >> linked accounts >> Google analytics >> edit and check don't import site metrics >> save.
