Hello,

I hope you have linked AdWords with Analytics properly: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704341?hl=en

Please note that the goals data will only be updated in AdWords Conversions column data when Google Analytics will record a goal happened from AdWords. Historical data of any goal completion will not be tracked. More details around importing goals here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1034306?hl=en

Also, apart from importing goals, you could also install AdWords conversion tracking script on goal completion page and measure your ROI. Read help center reference for more details: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722054?hl=en

Hi Abby,

The steps you have followed are all correct. Just wanted to add a couple of things here. Have you opted into "Data Sharing" in your analytics account? Here is the link where you can read more about it: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1011397

Other than this, i think you should wait for a couple of days before concluding that you are not recording conversions. It usually takes upto 2 days for AdWords to import your Analytics data.

Hope this helps!
