Huge difference in Est. Total conv. value/cost and conv. value/cost

Hi all,

For most of my campaigns the Est. total conv. value/cost and conv. value/cost are exactly the same, but a few of them are very different. How can there be such major discrepancies with the conversion tacking set up the same across the account?

Thanks,

Curtis

Hi Curtis,

The Est. total conv. value metric measures estimated cross-device conversions, like if I click on your ad on my computer and then convert later on my phone, in addition to conversions which happened when someone clicked on your ad on, say, their computer and then converted on that same computer (which are just called conversions). If some campaigns have many more (or fewer) cross-device conversions, these numbers could be very different.

Hope this helps!
Cassie
