How to set up a conversion tracker with status = HIDDEN

According to Adwords API document, a conversion tracker with status = HIDDEN means that "Conversions will be recorded, but the conversion tracker will not appear in the UI" (ref : https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201206/ConversionTrackerService.Conversion...

This specs seems matched with the situtation when I select Tracking Indicator = "Don't add a notification to the code generated for my page" for my conversion tracker ( I chose source = Web page or Call on-site for my conversion tracker)

Then I use ConversionTrackerSerivce (v201206) to retrieve my conversion tracker, and found that its status is still ENABLED (instead of HIDDEN as specs).

Does anyone get experienced in this case? Can you tell me how to create a conversion tracker with status = HIDDEN?
