How can I target a specific user visiting my website?

How can I target a specific user visiting my website from a PPC campaign. I can see what pages the user visited and what they searched for in Analytics, but how can I target that specific user. I know about retargeting, but can a campaign be created for one user?

Also, when creating a retargeting campaign, I am able to add a segment from "paid search", but is it possible to segment that even more by specific PPC campaign?

Hi Emmanuel,

If you want to target users based on their behavior or pages they visited, you should create custom remarketing lists first. The remarketing lists has minimum member/cookie requirements. For the Display Network, your ads will show to your list when there are at least 100 cookie IDs within the last 30 days, and for Google search, your ads will show to your list when there are at least 1000 cookie IDs.

Hi Emmanuel F,

Welcome

From Adwords its not possible but If you have your analytics account linked with Adwords then you can target specific user visited from your specific campaign. You can also segment visitors based on the traffic sources. Here is an Image i have attached for your better understandings

Just to confirm, the guy earlier said there is a 100 cookie minimum, but if I do a retargeting campaign using the method above, is there still a minimum?

Yes still you need minimum 100 cookies to serve your ads on display network & min 1000 cookies for RLSA.These minimums are imposed by AdWords, not Analytics.
