Hello
I linked GA and ADW for some time now.
I don’t see any numbers and there is no action of any sort in entire “Real Time” and Audience. Everything is 0 from day 1 till current.
There are external hits on my website from Asia, Europa, and South America, but all works on AdWord is not in Real Time and not in the Audience places. It seems like these two are not connected to the AdWord.

How to correct this problem?

Thank you kindly

Hi Czes,

I am not sure the process you followed but it is a three step process.

1.  Make sure you have auto tagging enabled.  Go to the gear icon at the top right of your account pages and then to Account Settings > Preferences.  There you will see an option to auto tag and make sure it is set to yes.

2. Link AdWords to Analytics by visiting the little gear icon again then go to Linked Accounts.  There you will see Google Analytics as a linking option.

3.  Then you need to go into Analytics > Admin and in the middle column there is a section for linking AdWords.  There you should be able to link your Analytics account back to AdWords.  This will allow the two platforms to send data back and forth.

If this is the process you followed and you are still not seeing data I would just make sure you are looking at the right date range in the analytics account (post setup).  If after all that it is still not working I would reach out to Google direct and see if one of their specialists can take a look at your setup.
