I have server logs of a client website, stripped of url parameters. I'm trying to understand which visitors arrived from clicks on google ads.

I can see referrers like -

http://tpc.googlesyndication.com\/safeframe\/1-0-5\/html\/container.html
http://www.googleadservices.com\/pagead\/aclk
https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net\/pagead\/render_post_ads.html

But are these all of them? Maybe referers that are from google.com are also ad clicks?
My question is - is it possible to get all visitors that arrived to the site via a google ad click, using HTTP referer only.

Thanks

Well... Not by the servers Google uses to  serve the ads. Double-click servers and googlelservices could serve both platforms, and Google does not disclose which serves an ad.
Aren't the reports on Analytics or Adwords sufficient for your needs?
