screenshot-adwords.google.com-2017-03-28-09-13-52.pngHi,

So i got this adword campaign running, and the issue that i've ran onto is something strange. I got this ad group in which if you open the image attached would find are many keywords. Funny thing is report shows all of these keywords are giving zero impression, but at the end, the total count is shown as 72. Does anyone have any idea why that might be? Thanks in advance.   screenshot-adwords.google.com-2017-03-29-10-53-32.pngWrong impression Count

Hi Ashish,

One of the reason could be the data's freshness. If you are looking at the most recent data, AdWords system might be in the process of updating it and within that, you are reviewing the data.  Find more details around this here:- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2544985?hl=en

I hope this helps!

Well been seeing this data now for past 2 days, so the data freshness cant
be the reason. Sorry should have made this clear in initially.

Hi Ashish S,

I couldn't open your attachments. Sounds like your ad group is for the Display Network. Keywords in a DN campaign are not necessarily credited for clicks. Instead, look at your placements to see where and when your ads showed.

Best of Luck!

Pete
