Hi guys,

Please correct me if I'm wrong (and how it's supposed to be done correctly if so):

With the Google tag manager, you

1) Need to DELETE all old conversion codes from the pages, because the tag manager starts holding them all.

2) {{url}} starts with http://www.mysite.com/thankyou should be added as a new rule to track my thank you pages if I just have one thank you page, because...

3) What does the default All pages {{url}} matches RegEx .*   do?

I'll start with this. Thanks for the help.

2) {{url}} starts with http://www.mysite.com/thankyou should be added as a new rule to track my thank you pages if I just have one thank you page, because... : If i was in your page I would use{{url}} Contains mysite.com/thankyou

3) What does the default All pages {{url}} matches RegEx .*   do?

All pages rules means the tag which will fire on all pages you should use this for your remarketing code and analytics code for regex its meant for more advanced users but you can read about it here

Hope this helps
