Google Conversions Not Recording

We are not seeing any tracking conversion recording.

We have a form with an onclick event tracking. There is no 'Thank You' page to redirect to.

Code looks like this:

<input class="primaryAction" value="Submit" onclick="ga('send', 'event', 'forms', 'click', 'submit' , '',);" type="submit">

In GA Goal details:
Category = forms
Action = click
Label = submit

"Use the Event value as the Goal Value for the conversion" = Yes

Google Analytics code is within the page.

Hi Heather V,

I find that placing the code in the form tag's onsubmit() is more reliable than the onclick() event for the submit button. This article, answer 0, seems to agree.

Best of Luck!

So then would I modify the code to say 'onsubmit="ga('send', 'event',...) etc.?'
