Gmail CTR Above 100%

We have been running successful Gmail campaigns, but recently noticed that our CTR has soared above 100% across the account. For our Gmail campaign, AdWords is reporting 5,963 clicks, 5,650 impressions for a CTR of 105.54%.

Is this a reporting glitch on Google's end or are clicks being calculated in more ways than just when someone expands our ad?

Additionally, if Clicks can be generated more than once per user, are we being charged each time someone clicks/interacts with our ad? Is there any way to see a Unique CTR where 1 user = 1 potential Click?

Sometimes a user can click on an ad multiple times when it only shows once, or it could be a delay in reporting from Google. You can set your campaign's Frequency Capping so that ads will only show to the same user once per day, or however many times you want. - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/117579?hl=en

"Because browsers typically cache search results pages, Google doesn't record multiple impressions, so the clicks can exceed the impressions." - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375444?hl=en
