Exclude dynamic IP?

My client as well as I have a dynamic IP.

a) How do I go about excluding those IPs so they dont get shown the Impressions.

b) i heard of a "testing-server" of some sort, where i can do a search without the impressions being generated distorting results in adwords (lowering CTR over time).

thanks so much for your help,

Hi floshkit, what sort of "testing" are you doing that involves searching for your own Ads?

It's not generally recommended to search for your own Ads as Google is not a "passive" display mechanism.  Adwords attempts to improve the user experience so if one particular user frequently searches on the same Keyword and sees your Ad but never clicks on it, Adwords will think the user is not interested in your Ad and may stop showing it to you.  Worse, you may be affecting other metrics withing your Account.

If you want to see how/if your Ad might appear, use the Ad Preview Tool.
