If I am using exact match phrases and I am viewing the average number of searches, are people with adblockers counted in that average number of searches or strictly people without adblock turned on?

I was informed by a colleague that the average number of searches only account for the ip addresses that are triggering ads. Is this true? A tricky question from a client of mine... thanks.

To my knowledge the average number of searches (based on exact match search) is not affected by any extension. It's Google's statistics whether ads shown or blocked (or  no ad is shown  because no advertisers in the fields... If there is a field / vertical with no advertisers ... Smiley Surprised )
