Event Tracking for 3rd party page

I want to create a remarketing campaign and track only those user who have not click on buy now button

through analytics pls guide me how can i create it.

when the user click on buy now button that user goes to 3rd party page which i cannot track.

The first step would be set up event tracking on button so that GA can start recording events for button clicks. Next, create a custom audience list from Google Analytics and exclude goal completion for that event. It should serve your purpose. The list thus created would be available in your AdWords account after some time. 


Additionally, if you want to remark only to certain traffic source excluding the people who clicked that button, you can set this up at the time of creating audience. Use Source/Medium under 'include' option and choose the source you want. And under 'exclude' select your goal for this event.
