Empty list is returned when using custom parameters while creating remarketing lists.

Hi,

I need some help with passing custom values to "google_tag_parameters". I have two JavaScript arrays with names "RefIDs", "providerIDs". To each of them I am pushing string values and later I am assigning those array to google_tag_params. Code sniper below:

var refIDs = [];
var providerIDs = [];
for (var i = 0; i < segments.length; i++) {
      refIDs.push(segments[i]["RefID"]);
      providerIDs.push(segments[i]["DataProviderID"]);
}
google_tag_params["REF_ID"] = refIDs;
google_tag_params["PROVIDER_ID"] = providerIDs;

This is the example value which is assigned to google_custom_params:

{
    "REF_ID": ["prest", "mutui", "paytv", "test-only-regex"],
    "PROVIDER_ID": [10627, 10627, 10627, 10627]
}

When I am creating Remarketing List and select ref_id variable contains "mutui" for example, it result me in the empty list. No matter how many times I would push hardcoded "mutui" value to the pixel and fire the pixel. The pixel is firing on e-shop so overall audience pool for the pixel should be big enough and remarketing list "All visitors" shows me that Display audience list size is 200K+.

Any ideas why I am getting empty list when using custom parameters?

Hi Dave,

Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved yet. Please find screenshot below of Google Tag Assistant and how data is being passed. See below how google_tag_parameters looks, JSON format.

"{"REF_ID":[" [censored]","prest","paytv","assic-auto-pro-70","test-regex-url","assicurazione auto prospecting 70 NO REM","test-only-regex"],"PROVIDER_ID":[10627,10627,10627,10627,10627,10627,10627]}"

Let me know what might be incorrect here.
