Does adwords count impressions blocked by adblockers..?

IN the chrome there were extensions, in which they block advertisements,
The blocked advertisement counts as impressions..?

If it counts am getting down my CTR,plz suggest me on this.

This is a nice question;
My understanding is that since Adblock is an extension "activated" after the SERP is loaded the answer is: yes.
However, I think the effect is negligible, (in terms of impressions not shown)

As @JulianaS states here https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Basics-for-New-Advertisers/Do-Banner-amp-amp-Text-ads-genera... impressions may well still count, because the browser makes the request and all the extension does is hide the ads from the user.
