Does 100% served mean my ad is showing for all keyword instances?

Using keyword-based Search, an indication of 100% served means my ad is showing for all instances of the given keywords being entered in searches; is this correct?

% served means how often each ad has been shown in relation to the rest of the active ads in the same ad group, so if you have only one ad in your ad group so it will be 100% served.

Thanks, Ahmed. But to be clear, if I see a particular ad had a 100% served result, it in no way reflects the proportion of times the respective keywords have been shown....? It makes sense that it doesn't - it's a totally different calculation basis - but being a simple guy, I want to be sure!
