Different conversion results in adwords and analytics
For the current month GA has an accurate figure of 180 sales, but Adwords has just 80.
The conversion code as far as we can make out is on all pages.
GA is correct, what could be the cause of the missing 100 in AdWords?

Are you sure those missing 100 came from AdWords clicks? Could these be conversions from customers who clicked on your ad then converted beyond the AdWords 30 day window?
Another possiblity is GA records the conversion on the date it happened while AdWords will record the conversion on the date of the original AdWords click. It doesn't see that would cause this much difference over a month, but I imagine it could.
