Default destination URL

Is it possible to add tags like {keyword} automatically to the default destination URL without having to enter them everytime I create a Ad? I can change the destination url in bulk, but i want to have tags like these added automatically. Is this possible by defining a URL template or something like this?

If I am not mistaken, you are referring to dynamic keyword insertion here. Let me know if that isn't the case.

There are several tags which you can add to your destination URL like keyword, network, matchtype etc.
