Customer Support has promised that a 'specialist' would call me back numerous times. They never do.

Subject pretty much says it all.

 

We have several outstanding issues with our adwords account.  I've called 1-866-246-6453 about it numerous times.  The folks at the end of the line there end up not understanding or are not able to identify the issue at hand.  So, they elevate it to a "specialist".  They never call me back.

 

Does anyone have experience similar to this?  Is this what analytics customer service is like?

Basically - they're the worst.  Never call them.

I called this morning right at 9am EST when the call center opened.  I spoke with a 'supervisor' who promised me repeatedly that I would get a call back in the next few hours.  It's now 4pm EST.

 

This is at least the 4th time I've been promised a call back.

 

Is this really the customer service that we get?

 

Is it because my budget is low?  Why would I spend more money on a product that isn't working for me and I can't get help to figure out why it's not working?

In my experience, I've never been promised to be contacted by a certain time.  However, when a rep has told me they would follow up via call or email, they ALWAYS have. Sometimes it has taken as long as week to hear back.  I would just be patient. I don't think your budget size has anything to do with it.
