Hi there,

I have my Adwords account linked to the my GA account.

In Adwords it is showing as Australian dollars currency, but in GA it is showing in US dollars.

Adwords with 248 clicks:

The  number are far way off as well. About a 100 more clicks in GA:

Can you please let me know why this is different in Currency and numbers?

ps. same period for both, of course.

Thank you for your help.

Karen

Hi Karen,

You might have not selected the same settings(related to country, time zone, currency) while setting up both the accounts.
And due to the time difference both accounts updating different data.
Also, Adwords data update is almost lagging as compared to GA.

Hey Jordan, how are things?

Adwords settings are different from Analytics.

In GA you should determine the currency on your View settings (Admin > View settings on the third column). There you'll be able to change accordingly.

Regarding the differences, as Archit mentioned, both services have different update times. Also, you need to consider the timezone set on both.

Hope this helps.
