Conversions No Longer Working: No HTTP response detected

My conversions were working up until May 11th. I didn't make any changes that I'm aware of to the overall site and definitely didn't make any changes to the specific page that contains my conversion tracking code, so I'm not sure why things stopped working. When using the Tag Assistant plugin in Chrome I am seeing a "No HTTP response detected" error.

I am using a Squarespace site and put the conversion code in the PAGE HEADER CODE INJECTION section.

Here is the conversion code:

<img height="1" width="1" style="border-style:none;" alt="" src="//www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion/*****8060/?value=0.00&currency_code=USD&label=dLz...>

Any help is appreciated!

Hey @Jeff S,

There could be a number of issues related to this. In my opinion, interjecting code within the CMS can always be fidgety. CMS's sometimes have issues detecting html elements because they use their own tags. Injecting your code via FTP client or through the cpanel is the most efficient way for placing code into the source files.

That being said, I would first check to see if you have any ad blockers enabled on your browser? That could be hindering your conversion code to fire.

Secondly, what is the page url where you injected the code? I'll check to see what errors are displaying on my end.

Thirdly, recopy the exact tags from Adwords and paste them again in the "Page Header Code Injection" on your squarespace conversion page.

Try troubleshooting these issues first and let me know what you find out?
