Conversion rate for sales
I want to compare the changes of the conversion rate when adjusting the budget of my AdWords campaigns. However, despite Analytics displays conversion rate (i assume its sales/clicks), I cannot find a way to have such a variable in Google Adwords so that i can measure and compare sales/adwords clicks or sales/campaign budget.
Is there such an option in AdWords and if yes, how can I set it up?

Conversion rates can be compared in performance graph by choosing the primary metric as conversion rate. Specify the date range you need to compare.
Choose the date range based on the budget changes made to campaigns and visually the data can be compared.
