Conversion label not showing with Conversion Tracking, but is showing with Remarketing

I'm trying to track conversions on our confirmation page through a ticketing website. When using the Google Tag Assistant, it's saying that it is registering my conversion label with my Remarketing Tag, but it's "not set" with the Adwords Conversion Tracking.

This ticketing website simply has a function where you enter the conversion ID and/or label, and they do the rest through some plug-in code. I've followed those instructions properly. There is no area where I can simply copy and paste my entire pixel code onto the confirmation page.

It also appears the ticketing website also has their own pixel on the page. Would that interfere with my pixel at all? The Tag Manager is picking up the correct conversion label for the their pixel.

Please let me know if any additional info is needed. Thanks!

Hi Jordan C,

It's hard to tell what's going on without looking at the code on the page. Do you have both the remarketing and conversion code on the same page? That's not really necessary, you can use the conversions as your remarketing list for either inclusion or exclusion.

Or, are you using the AW conversion code both to record the conversion and add to your remarketing list? If that's the case, I have no suggestions for you.

If both you and that site are using the AW conversion code, it shouldn't cause a conflict, but that depends on how it's implemented.

Is there a way to get to the page without submitting an order? If so, I could take a look and maybe be more useful.

Best of Luck!

Pete

Yes, here is a link to the page. Let me know what else you may need.

Regarding both the remarketing and conversion code, the platform asks you to input the conversion ID and label and that's it. That sets up remarketing and conversion tracking (my remarketing audience targeting visitors to our ticketing page is firing properly), so there's really not an option to do one or the other.
