Conversion Tracking Through Subdomains
Right now our campaign link adword ads --> domains --> form submissions, which gives us a conversion.
We are starting a new campaign that follow this path: adword ads --> subdomain --> domain --> form submission, which gives us a conversion.
Does funneling traffic through a subdomain effect conversion tracking? My first thought is that it shouldn't cause any disparaties, but I'm not for sure. Any help would be great.

No it shouldn´t matter, in case you´re using the AdWords conversion tracking code
If you have imported Goals from Analytics and use them as conversion in AdWords the matter is more difficult as you depend on cross domain tracking
