Conversion Custom Columns Don't Match [ Edited ]

Hi, 

I’m seeing something strange in my custom conversion columns.

I have 2 conversion types – ‘lead’ and ‘sale’, using offline conversion import (API). All 'sales' must be 'leads' first. 

I’ve added 2 custom columns, one for each conversion type, and also segmented the campaign view by conversion name, so I see ‘lead’ and ‘sale’ segmented for each campaign and also in the custom columns.

However, these numbers don’t match:

Custom columns: 75 leads, 2 sales. 

Segmented campaigns: 84 leads, 22 sales. 

How can there be a difference? Am I not looking at the same thing?

Both conversion types are counted for optimization in the settings.

Do you maybe have a third conversion type you are tracking?
