Clicks and Cost change after the API download process completes
We have been downloading the data for Adwords for long time and sometimes we see that after we download the data Clicks and Cost metrics change for certain clients in the Adwords portal. This change is seen after the fact. We download data till today minus 2 days every time the job run so that all the metrics are finalized by the time we download the data via API call. For example : If we run the job on July 22nd then we extract the data till July 20th only.
Does anyone know why this happens ?

It's probably due adjusts caused by Invalid Clicks. Take a look here:
This feature remove invalid clicks that your ads received, and may change things a little bit. If you're experiencing a large change, then it should be something on the API side.
