Click to call without phone number

Hi everyone,

 

 I have a big problem. I have two accounts (one in the UK and other in Sweden). In UK account I have a phone number for click to call extension. But in Sweden I don't have any phone number so it shouldn't appear click to call extension for any of my campaigns in that country.

 

 What is my surprise that in Sweden account it has been registered a very important sum of impressions by mobile click to call. How is that posible if I don't have any phone number registered?

This is inside the campaign:

You can see on click type I have several from click to call, and location but if I go to Ad Extensions inside this campaign I haven't any phone number asigned to this campaign (and either for all account)

How is that possible?? Please help me to find the reason of that.

Here's an update - As the issue that Patricia was facing was specific to her account settings, she received a clarification email from the Google AdWords team and the issue is resolved.
