Can mobile impressions be gained even for a -100% bid adjustment ?
Has anyone noticed that if you have a high bid such as 5 $ , and use a mobile bid adjustment of -100% , the system still bids something like 0.05 $ for mobiles and impressions start to be seen under the segment Mobiles ?
I was informed about this by someone with credibility (not from around the forum ), but it looks to me as a legend, more than a fact.
Can someone who uses high bids on a daily basis confirm this strange behaviour of the mobile -100% bid adjustment ?

I am using -100% for many campaigns and never found single impressions for mobile if its -100%.
Ask for screenshot or proof where "someone" has seen this stats.
