I deleted a few locations using the location tab in the campaign settings as they were not giving desired results. Can I extract their past history after deletion?

If you want to see your change history then you can do it via Change History link.

You can change types tracked in your history. Such as "Targeting: Adjustments to a campaign's location or language targeting"

Hello Naushin,

Deleted locations from the campaign level is not an action that can be reversed, unfortunately these statistics by location are lost from that reporting, but you can see almost the same type of data under the Dimensions tab, the Geographics report.

So if you add the locations back in the campaign you will be targeting them again and the statistics will be zero.
